Research, Tools & Consulting for Games

Tropes are tools that can make or break a player’s experience. We develop tools and undertake research to identify and evidence patterns in video game writing and design, and demonstrate when and how they might be subverted or averted. Here you’ll find information about our research, the custom tools we develop, and what we’re up to. You can also find out more about us and what we can offer you.
